Rachel’s dream is to create a haven where people feel welcome, comfortable and gain the motivation to look after themselves. Some would say I’m a little “obsessed”! Pilates really is my life; I love how it challenges me and makes me more aware of my body.

Rachel will support and guide you every step of the way. Her hands-on approach assists you to feel what you are trying to achieve and awaken your ability to return you to life. Her passion, zest for life and light heartedness is infectious; you will also have many laughs along the way too. Her aim is to get the most out of you. You will positively move much more freely at the end of your session than when you first arrived. Rachel loves to train in 1-2-1’s and small groups, enabling you to be the very best version of you.

Rachel also teaches Mat classes. These can be attended anywhere, at home, even on holiday & in the garden – in fact absolutely anywhere you have a network connection and a device running the Zoom application.

Rachel has been in the teaching industry for over 20 years and is internationally trained. She has also put more 4th generation Pilates Teachers into the industry by way of being part of the Pilates Training Programme. She is also fully insured and first aid qualified.

Pilates classes with Rachel are fantastic.

I have attended several Pilates classes over the years. I have to say that Rachel is by far the best.

Before I started Pilates with Rachel, I felt I was living half a life. My back had plagued me for three years.
Because of the pain I had stopped exercising, gained weight and was losing confidence daily.
By contrast I find I have total confidence when exercising with Rachel – she is so highly trained and knowledgeable that I know I will be able to complete the exercises.
I now wake up not thinking my back aches – it does not control my day.

After struggling with a pulled muscle under my arm for nearly a week I had a 1-2-1 with Rachel this morning and we worked on stretching and breathing. Just feel so much better.

Rachel, I found your ‘hands on’ approach made the concept you are trying to teach more understandable.
Some of the terms used to get us to ‘connect something to something else’ is not always easy to visualise
whereas when you guided me with your hands on my body as to what I was trying to achieve,
