About Rachel
Helping you heal yourself through Pilates so you can live your best life yet.
Rachel’s mission is simple: to create a welcoming haven where you feel supported, motivated, and inspired to look after your body. Pilates isn’t just something she teaches—it’s her way of life. Some might even say she’s a little obsessed, and she’s perfectly fine with that. Pilates challenges her, grounds her, and continually deepens her connection to her own body.
With over 25 years of teaching experience and international training, Rachel brings a wealth of knowledge, intuition, and enthusiasm to every session. She has also helped train and mentor new 4th‑generation Pilates teachers through her work in the Pilates Training Programme. She is fully insured and first‑aid qualified, giving you complete confidence that you’re in safe hands.
Rachel’s Approach
Rachel supports and guides you every step of the way. Her hands‑on teaching style helps you feel what your body is trying to achieve, awakening your natural ability to move with ease and vitality. Her passion, zest for life, and light‑hearted humour are infectious—you’ll learn, grow, and laugh along the way.
Her goal is always the same: to help you become the very best version of yourself. By the end of each session, you’ll move more freely, feel more aligned, and leave with a renewed sense of energy.
How You Can Get Stronger with Rachel
Rachel specialises in 1‑to‑1 sessions and small group training, where you receive personalised attention and tailored guidance. She also teaches Mat Pilates classes, in the community and which you can join from anywhere—your living room, your garden, even on holiday—if you have a device and a Zoom connection.
A Life Powered by Pilates
Rachel walks, swims, cycles, and paddleboards—and she credits Pilates for giving her the strength, mobility, and balance to enjoy it all. Pilates always comes first.
